Shipping policy
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is verified.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
- Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or other logistical considerations.

Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for you to investigate.
